Serving the community of Simcoe County, Nordik K9 provides a range of dog training services, including obedience training, behavior modification, dog sports training and certain trial and certification practices.

In addition to their training services, they also offer IInukshuk dog food, Dogtra dog collars AND, yes, there’s an AND - they also participate in projects and events such as the K9 Ranger Project who have partnered with Wildlife Initiative Trust Africa to deliver a week long training seminar to over 50 K9 Anti-Poaching Rangers in Zimbabwe.

Working with Elise was inspiring! Elise's passion for canine work was ignited during her deployment in Afghanistan where she observed and learned about the dogs' diverse roles in a theater of operations. Elise served over thirteen years of military experience, both domestically and abroad, where her primary focus was as a dedicated Medical Technician, providing crucial medical care to Canadian Armed Forces soldiers. After retiring from the military in 2018, she seamlessly transitioned into her new career with the Barrie Police Service and also founded Nordik K9.
