A Strategic Website Redesign for a Community-Focused Non-Profit
Mug Life Marketing + Creative recently partnered with PJ Parkinson’s Support to redesign their website and strengthen their digital presence.
PJ Parkinson’s Support is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing practical and emotional support for people living with Parkinson’s and their care partners. Through two active chapters in Tennessee and Illinois, they offer:
Support groups and exercise programs
Educational resources and referrals
Community-driven care and connection
Founded in 2015 by physical therapist Isabell Senft-Daniel in memory of Pegg Johnson, PJ Parkinson’s is built on legacy, compassion, and commitment to community.
This project was about more than a visual refresh. It was about creating a digital space that felt as supportive and organized as the community behind it.
Where They Were
The existing website contained valuable information, but it had grown over time. Navigation between chapters was not as intuitive as it could be, and key programs deserved clearer visibility. For organizations serving vulnerable communities, information needs to be easy to find, easy to understand, and easy to act on.
